Chicken & Wholegrain mustard terrine, spiced plum compote, dressed leaves
Caramelised celeriac soup, walnut & apple infusion, croutons (v)
Beetroot cured salmon, pickled apple, beetroot & horseradish
Roast butternut squash, red onion, caramelised walnuts, pomegranate (v)
Mains
Roast breast of Shropshire turkey, apricot, sage & chestnut seasoning, pigs in blankets,
roast potatoes & seasonal vegetables
Braised feather blade of Herefordshire beef, red pepper jus, creamed potatoes, broccoli
Pan roasted hake, crushed chive potato, buttered leeks, tenderstem broccoli & chive sauce
Fresh herb gnocchi, spinach, wild mushrooms & feta cream (v)

Christmas pudding, brandy sauce
