AGM CANCELLED

DUE TO COVID19-VIRUS

Because of the Coronavirus pandemic we have cancelled the AGM. 

We will be holding this by email. On 7^th April - Jean, our Secretary, will circulate the minutes of the 2018/19 AGM (again!), Ann’s Finance Report & Chris’s Chairman’s Report . Any comments/questions can be emailed back to Jean for general circulation. 

Sorry, but you’ll need to provide your own wine & nibbles this year!

We are also asking for any nominations to the committee beforehand please.

As far as I know, all present committee members are prepared to stand again, apart from Barbara Gittens.
